An extensive strategic network and years of experience form the basis for successful Executive Search. We apply our Search and Selection expertise to a variety of industries and organisations, big and small, for profit and not-for-profit, both nationally as well as internationally, for positions at various levels. As member of one of the world’s biggest executive search networks we have a truly international background and understand global management culture from the inside.

Challenges

When finding the right professional, we look beyond the right competences. We pay a lot of attention to finding the ‘perfect’ match, and map out an extensive management profile. An in-depth interview with Stakeholders assures a thorough overview of the client’s organisation, its goals, culture, and strategy for that perfect match.

Our approach

The Search

After our careful Search procedure candidates will be presented to the client.

Candidate Assessment

Nassau Group uses SHL/CEB test instruments to objectively assess a candidate’s personality, competency, and capabilities.

Reference Checking

A thorough reference checking process before introducing candidates to the client’s hiring panel is an important part of the search process.

Keeping you informed

We like to make sure client knows what is going on at all times. We consistently follow-up and consult in every stage of the search mandate – from the initial target market strategy right up to shortlist and final selection – so when the time comes our client would feel confident to make the wiser decision.

Reporting

Our market and shortlist reports are aimed to be informative and readable in every step of the procedure. That is applicable for both: our client and the candidates.

Final Candidate

We are always available to mediate contract negotiation between the client and the chosen candidate, making sure that both sides achieve their goals in a transparent and clear process. We then support the candidate in his or her transition and integration into the new position and will continue to do so for a number of months.
