Nassau Group applies the code of conduct of the Dutch Association for Personnel Management & Organisation Development (NVP) in all processes.
The NVP Recruitment Code contains basic rules that labour organisations (companies and institutions that enter into labour relationships) and applicants must observe during recruitment and selection to fill vacancies. The purpose of the code is to provide a standard for a transparent and fair recruitment and selection procedure.
Nassau Group applies the code of conduct of the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (NIP) for Assessment & Psychological Research. The code states, among other things, that the candidate has the right to inspect the report before it is sent to the client. The report is only sent to both the client and the candidate if the candidate gives permission.
